At Unitech Printer, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can return items, request refunds, or seek replacements for defective or incorrect products. Please read the details carefully to ensure a smooth return process.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if they meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any return request made beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards that were provided at the time of purchase.
  • Any product that has been physically damaged, altered, or modified in any way by the customer will not be eligible for a return.
  • Products that have been installed, configured, or registered with software cannot be returned.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to process a return request.

If your product meets these conditions, you may initiate a return by following the process outlined in Section 5.


2. Non-Returnable Items

While we aim to provide flexible return options, certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Opened ink cartridges and toners – Due to hygiene and usage concerns, opened or partially used consumables cannot be returned.
  • Software and digital downloads – Any software, driver licenses, or digital goods once activated or downloaded are non-refundable.
  • Customized or special-order items – Products that are customized to customer specifications cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Items with missing accessories or tampered packaging – If essential components such as cables, manuals, or warranty cards are missing, the return will not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to improper use – Any damage caused by negligence, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or accidents voids the return eligibility.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item undergoes inspection and approval by our quality control team. The refund process follows these guidelines:

  • Refund Approval: Once your return is received, we will inspect the product for damages, missing components, and compliance with our return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be initiated.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on the payment provider, it may take 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or the wrong item was shipped.
  • Deductions: If the product is not returned in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply.

4. Replacement and Exchange

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we offer free replacements or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned with all original components, packaging, and accessories.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.
  • If the defect is found to be caused by customer misuse or accidental damage, the replacement request will be denied.

5. Return Process

To ensure a hassle-free return process, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Initiate a Return Request

Contact our customer support team at support@unitechprinter.online with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Images or videos of the product (if applicable)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Clearly mention the RMA number on the package and ship it to the return address provided.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund Processing

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. If approved, the refund, replacement, or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.


6. Cancellations

You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.
  • After Shipment: If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return it following our return policy.
  • Custom Orders: Any customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled after the order is confirmed.
